Online journalism courses are designed to train students across convergent media environments, requiring multitasking and collaborative reporting across multiple digital channels

This course is to enhance student’s knowledge; understanding and basic skills of applying the fundamental of computer, network and internet.

This course trains MSc One Health students to identify, assess and control foodborne hazards along the whole food chain, from animal and crop production to the consumer. It treats food safety as a shared problem of human, animal and environmental health, not only a public health inspection task.

Rationale. WHO estimates about 600 million people fall ill and 420,000 die each year from unsafe food, with the heaviest burden in Africa and South-East Asia. Most of these hazards start on the farm or in the environment: zoonotic bacteria, parasites, antimicrobial residues, aflatoxins and contaminated water. Controlling them needs veterinarians, physicians, environmental health officers, food technologists and regulators working together.
